The emotional body is the essence of who you are at a feeling level, bridging our physical selves and thinking selves. It holds the imprint of the emotional aspects of your memories as well as your current emotional state. Our thoughts convert into feeling impressions, and the physical body interprets these feelings, translating them into what we call emotions.

Throughout life, we may have denied or pushed away certain emotions because expressing them felt unsafe or too vulnerable at the time. Healing these aspects requires addressing these feelings and emotions, both negative and positive, such as rage, love, abandonment, fear, irritation, sadness, grief, happiness, joy, helplessness, sorrow, disgust, calm, anxiety, craving, and confusion.
Our sessions create a safe space for you to embrace your emotions and feelings, no matter how painful, uncomfortable, or light they may be. By being fully present with these emotions, you can learn from them, hear what they want you to hear, and see what they want you to see, without asking them to change. This process allows you to feel and integrate suppressed emotions longing to be acknowledged.
The feeling body specializes in feeling, encompassing not only emotion but also sensation and insight. During a Kundalini awakening session, you surrender to how your body uniquely processes these suppressed feelings and emotions. You might experience various emotions, sensations, and insights.
