Welcome to our Kundalini Awakening session, available both in person and online.

1. Welcome and Introduction
(2 minutes)

We’ll begin by welcoming everyone to the
space, setting the tone for our journey
together.

2. Start with Music

A few minutes in, we’ll start our music.
You’ll be invited to lay down on your
mat and close your eyes.

3. Guided Presence Meditation

We will commence with a short guided
presence meditation to help you center
yourself.

4. Three Tools to Help You Be Present

  • Listen to the music.
  • Tune into sensations in your body.
  • Follow your breath.

5. Kundalini Awakening Practice (60 minutes)

Engage in the Kundalini awakening
process, allowing the life force energy
to flow through you.

6. Transition to Rest (10 minutes)

After the practice, you’ll be guided into a
comfortable position, whatever that may
be for you, to allow your physical body
to ground and rest.

7. Integration Discussion

Towards the end, we’ll meet in a seated
position. We’ll have a brief discussion
about the importance of integrating
your experiences.

8. Closing and Follow-Up

There will be no sharing circles during
the session. After the session, you will
receive a detailed email with information
and guidance. You are welcome to reach
out with questions or share your
experience via email.
