We’ll begin by welcoming everyone to the
space, setting the tone for our journey
together.
A few minutes in, we’ll start our music.
You’ll be invited to lay down on your
mat and close your eyes.
We will commence with a short guided
presence meditation to help you center
yourself.
Engage in the Kundalini awakening
process, allowing the life force energy
to flow through you.
After the practice, you’ll be guided into a
comfortable position, whatever that may
be for you, to allow your physical body
to ground and rest.
Towards the end, we’ll meet in a seated
position. We’ll have a brief discussion
about the importance of integrating
your experiences.
There will be no sharing circles during
the session. After the session, you will
receive a detailed email with information
and guidance. You are welcome to reach
